Sources close to the R&B singer, who wed the baller in May 2011, confirm that she has drawn up divorce papers and plans to file them any day now.
The couple has a 4-year-old son.
In March, Keyshia Cole told Power 105.1 that “we just had so much of a great relationship, I felt that it would be possible” to split amicably and co-parent.
Noting that she’d never keep her child from Boobie, she added, “No matter how much I dislike this man, it’ll never be to a point where he can’t see his son, period.”
Moving words if ever such things have been spoken.
Interestingly, Cole just released a new single called “She” which seems to allude to a female lover: “Down to try something different / Lips and legs.”
“Soft skin so feminine / Curves like me / Covered in my cherry scent.”

Willow Smith Sleeps With Snakes In Her Bed?! Jaden Smith Calls Them His Girlfriends?!
Just when you thought it couldn’t get any weirder than Willow Smith lying in bed with grown men, now comes word that both Willow and her brother Jaden enjoy sleeping with freakin’ snakes in their beds. Snakes!
And not just any snakes, either. Rumor has it one of Willow’s thirteen pet serpents is a boa constrictor. Yes, the sort of boa constrictor that can crush you to death before swallowing you whole.
Believe it or not, it gets weirder:
“She has ten sleeping in her room,” a source tells Us Weekly. “And some of them aren’t in cages”
Okay, so Willow has a weird and possibly unsafe relationship with her pets, but surely older brother Jaden has a better understanding of the boundaries between man and thing-that-can-kill-man, right?
Oh, so wrong:
“They slither into his bed and curl up with him,” the source says, adding that Jaden “cuddles” with the snakes and calls them his “girlfriends.”
This is just the latest in long line of reports of bizarre behavior in the Smith household.
Last month, Willow and Jaden were linked to a cult with bio-terrorist ties. Makes the whole snake obsession thing seem pretty tame by comparison, eh?
So where are their parents in all this? Well, at the moment, Will and Jada Pinkett-Smith are under investigation by Child Protective Services, so they may be a little preoccupied.
We suggest caging the snakes before the first home inspection.
